Producing Director - Jordana Fleischut
Jordana Fleischut became TWN's first Producing Director in 2007 having been selected from a nationwide pool of over 30 impressive candidates. Jordana has extensive theater management, children's programming and directing, marketing, promoting, fund raising and grant writing experience. She hails from New York but lived on Nantucket in the 1980's. After graduating from S.U.N.Y Potsdam, she moved to NYC to become a working actress, designer, director and stage manager. She was eventually drawn back to the island to work for Continental Airlines and travel until 1992 when she moved to Albany, started a family and opened All Ways Travel.
In 2000 Jordana was asked to help out a local historic theater that was in dire straights. Soon she sold her business and committed all her time and talents to pursuing her love of theater, becoming the General Manager of the Historic Glove Theatre.
Technical Director - Eric Schultz
Eric Schultz has been involved with Theatre for nearly 40 years, serving one discipline or another during that time. He has designed several shows in New York for the Wooster Street Theatre and certain independent productions as well as serving as stage manager/technical director for the Light Opera of Manhattan, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Repertory Theatre. He returned to Nantucket to be Resident Designer/Technical Director for TWN in 1988 and held that position until 1996 and resumed in 2005.
